Comments

"The vehicle has many irritating problems.
First the ignition locks the steering and
every third or fourth start will not unlock.
The dealer says to jiggle the steering wheel.
Sometimes I have "jiggled" the wheel for ten
minutes before it would start. My wife was
stuck near her office downtown for three hours
because the vehicle would not go in reverse.
The car has a grinding sound that three trips
back to the shop has not corrected. Acura has
tried to fix the problems but has not been
successful. The heater control was almost
impossible to move (my wife could not). A
replacement control is only slightly better.
I have had so many small problems that I have
tried to sell the car. This was to no avail
since the dealers(including the one I bought
the car from) would offer 1000.00-2500.00 less
than I owed on it. The car only has 12,000
miles on it so the salesman's pitch of "holding
it's value better than most cars is close to
fraud in my opinion. I would urge anyone buying an Integra to get at least 3,000 off list and
be prepared to spend a lot of time in the shop."
