"The paint inside drivers [door]
has an 8" long crack in it. The truck is overall very nice.
Gas mileage has bee very good. Average has been 14 mpg to 15
mpg combined. The dealership service dept. at White Ford Chiefland
FL is the worst I have ever seen. It has take them approximately
4mo. and over 5,000mi. to replace the bad rims and tires that
came on the truck. I got the problem fixed today 1-12-2000. [It]
took delivery on October 1,1999.
Trouble free = no
Bad rims & tires-cracked paint inside drivers door buzz in
inst. pannel (dealer could not fix) I fixed it myself I took
delivery of truck on 10-1-99. Today is 1-12-2000. After 15 to
20 attempts they finally replaced them by taking a set from one
on the sales lot. the coustomer service # in your owners manual
is usless. If you do not have a good dealership all I can say
is BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
