The Jimmy is popular because its size is just right. It is GM's answer to the Ford Explorer, although the Jimmy is less expensive. However, NF has had nothing but problems with his Jimmy and he is discouraged. He notes that "over the last 24 times, the vehicle has been to the dealer approximately 20 times for all types of repairs." The numerous repairs have included ignition, tim, engine belts, starter, exhaust, transmission and a window motor. NF has decided to turn his vehicle back in and is currently in arbitration with GM. NF remarks "I want to go back to my Ford Explorer..." NF is quick to note that the dealer has been cooperative but the vehicle's problems are too numerous to ignore Overall Rating:
