The Neon is a small car which is known for excellent handling. CV agrees as he gave top marks to his Neon for handling. CV's Neon did well in almost every category except interior ergonomics and wind noise. CV gave his neon "disagrees" in both categories. CV gave his Neon top scores in power, stopping and transmission. Good, but not the best scores were given for ride quality and storage. CV notes his Neon is an "excellent car, overall" and it has clearly served him well. No mechanical problems were noted.
