Mt. Joy, PA  1998 Toyota Corolla 21,000 mi Touring package, alloys, CD, walnut inserts

The Corolla is the perfect mid-sized compact car. It gets good gas mileage and is very dependable. It is also fairly comfortable and is spacious for is generally spacious for its size. TW agrees, for the most part. He is very happy with his Toyota giving it top marks in nearly every category. There were a few categories, however, for which TW did not give top scores. He gave top scores in every category but hill climbing, storage, braking and size. He still gave his Corolla next to highest marks in those categories, except for size. Apparently, TW's Corolla is not as spacious as he would like (he indicates he has 1 to 2 kids.) He gave the Corolla a "disagree" rating in that category. Overall, the Corolla received a strong score, as might be expected.

Tarrytown, NY  1998 Toyota Corolla 7,200 mi Touring package, alloys, Sunroof

"I've had this 1998 Corolla for 18 months now and I've driven it only 7000 miles. My favorite aspect of this car is the smooth ride. For a small car, the ride is terrific. Here in Westchester County, NY our roads are bad so ride comfort is at the top of my list and this car delivers. The Corolla rides so smoothly you feel like you're in a larger car. My gas mileage has not been as high as the sticker est., especially in town, but I think the engine may not be completely broken in. The driver's seat gives me just enough leg room. I'm 6' tall. Anyone taller should double check leg room comfort before buying. The build quality of this car is top notch. Body panel gaps are completely uniform. So far, there are no squeeks or rattles and I have found no defects."
