Newport News, VA  1998 Cadillac Catera 11,500 mi V-6

The Cadillac Catera is in a very competitive market sector. In price, it is competitive with BMW 3-Series and entry-level Mercedes vehicles. Cadillac has a strong, loyal ownership base, but for the Catera to compete it must better than the competition. ML rated his Catera very well and recommends the vehicles. Is survey responses indicated the Catera does everything well. ML states it has "a very tight and solid feeling ride." However, at first handling felt a little heavy but if you "just point it in the right direction...it takes care of the rest." The Catera received the highest mark in every category. Even more importantly, ML has not had any problems with his vehicle even after 11,500 miles. A very comforting statistic.
