MP notes that he had another van in mind before he bought his Sienna. However, he says he did not want to wait the three months he was told it would take to accept delivery. MP does not specifically mention which vehicle he was interested in but we suspect it was the Honda Odyssey. It seems Toyota Sienna's fortunes have followed the Odyssey's lack of availability. MP is quite pleased to report he has no second thoughts and he is happy things turned out the way they did. MP gave his Sienna top marks in nearly every category. His Sienna clearly has adequate power and receives top marks for acceleration and passing ability although it got only the next to highest mark for hill climbing. The vehicle received top marks in handling. MP also gave his Sienna the best marks for space. The only two survey questions in which MP did not give top marks were for heater (he may not have had a chance to test the heater as he lives in Arizona and only recently bought the vehicle), gauges and seats. MP explains more fully his decision-making process: "The only difference in our two choices was the Toyota was slightly smaller on space in the back of the vehicle than our other selection. But price, convenience and ease of use all now make me think the Toyota was a much better bargain than may be known by the public." Overall Rating:
